Ina-Garten
Ina Gardner is the author of a number of popular American cooking books. Ina also hosts Barefoot Contessa on Food Network. It is on since 2002. Ina began her career in creating nuclear energy policies as well as budgets of the White House. While she initially found the work interesting, she soon stopped her interest. She then bought the Barefoot Contessa a small speciality food shop. She spent eighteen years making the business extremely profitable before letting it go and picking up the pen to begin writing her first cookbook. Then, a number of cookbooks were published, and she also wrote magazine columns. Her Food Network television program also was launched and soon became a hit. Also, Ina sells products including food-related ingredients, storage containers and equipment. Ina she has not attended any cookery schools or had a job in a restaurant. She has a complete self-taught. Ina's easygoing style of entertaining as well as her simple cooking style is well-known. Her most famous recipes are Skillet-Roasted lemon chicken, Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & Cheese Beef Bouguignon and Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Lemon Bars.
