Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at age 16 when she stopped gymnastics. She was just 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete Model, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career at age 16, after she quit her gymnastics. In the year 17, she received her Professional Card within a year. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her professional card in order to further her studies. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was a continuation of previous performances, in which she took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. In 2009, she had won four other fitness titles. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could finish her college degree. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel made a successful comeback during her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The team finished 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she won first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations prior to the event and was happy with her performance. Ariel competed against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel continues to improve her body. Ariel likes to focus upon her lower back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm pulldowns using lats, as well as pullups with a machine, along with bent-over rows. The first step is warming up before going on to work out sets. Ariel is also very efficient when it comes to time management. She does this by super making sure she is doing all her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this kind of routine twice per week. One day would be light weight day and the other heavy weight day.
