Annmarie Fairweather has been the Human Resources Chief at Learning Ally since 2008. She is responsible for all of our processes for Human Resources, People Management, Talent Management, and Culture Development. Annmarie, an experienced Human Resources professional with more than 30 years of experience, has helped leaders, their teams, and companies improve performance. Particularly in times of fast-paced transformation as well as business growth. She served as an advisor to help translate the human resources and business plans into goals, strategic plans as well as enterprise-wide goals with regard to performance management and organizational, employee involvement, and change. She loves learning and sees the development of leaders as well as teams as the greatest competitive benefit. Experience working in Fortune 500, small companies and middle-sized businesses has helped her create environments of innovation and learning that positively impact teams and individuals. While Annmarie is inspired to dedicate her energy and time to helping to further the mission of Learning Ally, she currently provides support for a variety of non-profit organizations in her free time. These include being a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee a group committed to helping women grow as leaders, and providing leadership training to the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership association in North America with the specific mission to provide training networking and advocacy specifically for hospitals and hospitality facilities, as well as aiding Shatterproof a national nonprofit organization committed to ending addiction in the United States in educating communities to help those affected by the illness of addiction.
