Cecily Legler Strong, an American stand-up comic and actress, is known for her role as a member of the cast on "Saturday Night Life.' After taking an improv class when she was nine years old She began her career as an actor. She initially wanted to be an actress, but realized that she had talent for comedy. The focus of her professional career shifted from acting towards Improv. Her first stage was on cruise vessels with friends from Second City Conservatory, iO Chicago as well as other improv ensembles. Strong participated in popular shows like Chicago Sketch Fest and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She also appeared with Virgin Daiquiri, an all-female troupe, as well as New York Sketchfest.
